Why is this (24-7 hours) a big deal, who exactly needs 100 cabs at 3:00 in the morning. Most crimes transpire after 11:00 pm.

The current hours are sufficient-focus on deploying into other cities, putting no smoking displays on main display, getting Fsd 15 into cabs, those edge case scenarios rectified, etc.
