Discuss: Tesla Now Offers Windshield Protection Plan With Monthly Subscription — Must Enroll Within 30 Days

This and the "monthly extended service" agreement make it sound like Tesla is desperate for revenue of any kind. "We can't get people to purchase our product so let's get them to spend month on insurance"

Discuss: Update 2025.14.3.1 drops just days after 2025.14.3

Word on the street is that 2025.20.3 fixes this problem! Now I just have to wait for a FSD release and hope that the same fix gets in. Now I just have to wait until my car gets the release!⏳

Discuss: 2025.20.3 Official Tesla Release Notes

The frustrating thing is that some of these "Only Ryzen" updates could easily be made for us legacy owners. Why can't we show traffic lights on the map? Why do I only have a single, default light show? Sure, some of these things are trivial but that's one thing that I really like(d) about...

Discuss: Tesla Stock Plunges Amid Musk and Trump Feud: A Timeline of Today's Events

Agreed! I can't believe that we have toddlers running the country. I love my MX but I can't see me ever purchasing another Tesla, at least not until there are some big change at the top.

Discuss: Tesla Adds Real-Time Charging Alerts With iOS Live Activities -- More Coming

This looks truly useful and will come in handy while supercharging. I don't like having to pull out my phone to check the charge while wandering around Meijers. 😄

Holy shite! I messaged Troy Jones on Twitter and he responded! We might actually get this fixed!

Discuss: Update 2025.14.3.1 drops just days after 2025.14.3

Just installed 2025.14.3.1 and hoping that it will fix the auto-presenting doors (but not really expecting it to). Also, I really, REALLY wish there was a way to report these "minor" bugs. The only way I know to let Tesla know what's going on is to post some stuff to Twitter, which I'm sure...

    I test drove a Rivian R1S last weekend ...

I test drove a Rivian R1S last weekend and I really liked it. It was well built and very premium. It was also VERY quick, especially for such a large vehicle. My Tesla's have not been super high performance models but I'm fairly used to the acceleration of a good EV. The R1S was in another...

Tesla has released 2025.14.3.1 just days after 2025.14.3. I wonder what they changed? https://www.notateslaapp.com/software-updates/version/2025.14.3.1/release-notes BTW: 14.3 didn't fix the "Exclude at home" auto presenting doors on my 2020 MX. Maybe 14.3.1 will ... 🤣

Discuss: Tesla's 2025 Q1 Earnings Call: How to Listen and What to Expect

It is ABSOLUTELY BONKERS that none of the top 10 questions are about the erratic, brand polluting actions of the CEO! I knew the Tesla world was an echo chamber but this is just nuts. I'm test driving a Rivian this weekend. I hope it goes well.

What tires are you guys using on your Model 3 and Model Y?

I love the Michelin CrossClimate 2 tires on my 2020 MX. They are a tiny bit more noisy than OEM and a bit more expensive but overall they are really, really great.

@moortime how did you measure your mileage? I would like to try it in my 2020 MX but I don't know how to go about it.

Discuss: Tesla Announces the 2025 Spring Update: B-Pillar Recording, Dashcam Viewer Improvements, Avoid Highways and More

Looks like a lot of cool updates. I especially like the matrix headlight deployment; that can't come soon enough! Another one I'm looking forward to is the group SMS/RCS capability. It's not in this update but it would help immensely in my daily interactions. (y) Unfortunately, there...

I just received the 25.8.6 update but haven't applied it yet. We had a bunch of storms last night and I forgot about it, so I'll try applying it tonight. We'll see how it goes. Maybe it fixes my auto-opening door problem.

UPDATE: It did NOT fix the auto-opening door issue for me. However, it did seem to add a new "un-pause Spotify 2 minutes into a drive" feature. I don't really care for this new feature.

I just received this update last night and I'm hoping it fixed the one thing that has been bugging me for the past 8 months - auto-opening driver door. Each time I enter my garage the drivers door on my legacy MX has been auto-opening and desperately trying to get me to hit it with a stroller...
