Tesla has started to offer the ability to manage your vehicle's lease directly in the app.

It looks like Tesla may be testing this in limited countries at the moment.

New API endpoints and localization strings were added in 4.6.1 to support leasing options such as extending terms, paying the outstanding balance, viewing documents and more.

Extending lease terms appears to be offered in some circumstances and will be limited to a six-month extension.

There are a few features that have been spotting Tesla app updates lately that should be released soon.

One of the most recent changes to the Tesla API includes tire pressure data. We believe this will mean that Tesla will allow you to view your tire pressure in the Services section of the app in the future.

Other changes include the ability to set your vehicle name in the app. This will be done by tapping on the vehicle name in the app.

And lastly, it appears that Tesla will soon let you set Climate Keeper from the app as evidenced by recent API changes found in app update 4.5.
