Tesla resets strikes with FSD Beta 10.69.1

I am pleased that the strikes have been reset, but am confused as to what is considered a strike against me. I was on a long drive last month on FSD and had a short speed excursion over 85 mph when the car terminated my FSD for the duration of my trip and warned me that I had 2 warnings left. Since I was not terminated for ignoring attention warnings, why did I receive a strike? The notes only refer to ignoring several warnings before receiving a strike. What's up with that?
