I've been suggested with alternative routes since months ago... perhaps because I also live in Madrid like in the screenshot. But all days when going to work i'm offered with two or three routes depending of traffic. My sw version is 2023.32.9

You're correct. Alternate routes are offered right now, but only at the beginning of the trip, instead of being offered continuously like Google Maps does. It could be useful during times of traffic, when you may wonder if it'll be quicker to take a different route and the map will show you how much faster/slower other routes are.
