I'm not sure how such a document can be enforceable. Can a manufacturer prevent you from re-selling something that they sold you? What if this was a computer, or a couch, or a TV? I'm not sure it's legal to even sign away your rights like that, at least in the US.

Sure, they can put anything they want in the agreement but that doesn't necessary make it legally binding.
