I'm not understanding. You said that now you can use it when you don't have your cell phone or keys, but you need a cell phone to use the Tesla app. Are you talking about being able to use another cell phone to login and then set up PIN to drive?

Yes. It can get a little confusing, since not everyone uses their phone as the key to their car, but yes, if you use your phone as a key and lose it, then you can use someone else's phone to enable PIN to Drive. The Tesla app is also available to use on an iPad, Android tablets and some Chromebooks.
