Discuss: Tesla FSD V14 Lite (Update 2026.20.5.1) Release Notes

Well, slap me silly and call me sally. They actually did it. Good job Tesla! And to those that will be using it, let me know how it feels and how well it works!

Discuss: Volkswagen to Cut 100,000 Jobs as Tesla and China Close In

I actually wasn't aware of that! That's sad to hear because they make great cars, just not very good on the software side of things and often too expensive for most people.

Discuss: Volkswagen to Cut 100,000 Jobs as Tesla and China Close In

It isn't just Volkswagen! Pretty much all legacy automakers rested on their laurels for so long that new competitors that entered the market are steadily eating into their sales. And even so, to this day, instead of making compelling offerings to compete, they basically take the same old stuff...

Discuss: Tesla Semi Includes Vehicle Dynamic Controls That Can Prevent Jackknifing [VIDEO]

I can't wait to see these on the road more often!

Discuss: Tesla Opens First 500 kW V4 Supercharger in Europe

I find it kind of hilarious that they are excited about this for that exact reason, lol. It seems literally every other EV on the market charges faster than a Tesla these days, and imagine how amazing it would be with how efficient they are if you could charge in less than 15 or 20 minutes.

Discuss: Inside the ETSC’s Campaign to Block FSD in Europe

It figures that the companies that sat on their laurels would want to slow progress so that they can catch up. I bet this will end up happening in the US too once it is clear that unsupervised FSD is right around the corner. Shame on these kinds of companies/groups.

Discuss: Exclusive: Tesla Disables 'Hack' to Dismiss FSD Disengagement Menu

I'm honestly somewhat glad that this 'workaround' has been patched. Even if people just press any button to get rid of the message, the data that they can collect and filter for is still likely worth it. That said, I really hope that in the future they continue to update this menu with new...

Discuss: Musk: Tesla FSD to Get Grok Voice Controls This Fall

This is great, but I still can't imagine how this would work seamlessly if there are still hard limits on how many times you can talk to Grok before you run into the query limitation. Imagine trying to go to a destination and saying how you want FSD to park or trying to tell Grok to adjust your...

Discuss: Tesla FSD Will Soon Be Able to Copy Your Parking Habits

I honestly hope that this comes sooner rather than later. By and large my only real disengagements are still to do with navigation and parking. Parking overall isn't terrible in my personal experience, but what I tend to have issues with is things like FSD deciding to park in handicapped spots...

Discuss: What to Expect from Tesla's FSD V14 Lite This Month

That is a good viewpoint to have! However, I'd argue if you purchased something so expensive on the promise of it functioning a certain way, then you shouldn't settle for "good enough." I think the least that Tesla could do at this point is at least lower the HW3 FSD cost to $50 a month for...

Discuss: What to Expect from Tesla's FSD V14 Lite This Month

There hasn't been a single peep about V14 Lite, but they still technically have about 2 weeks left in the month. My guess is that it is delayed OR they scrap the idea entirely, either way, I'm not expecting them to deliver so that if they do, it is a pleasant surprise. Not that this affects me...

Discuss: Tesla Starts Adding Free Car Vacuums to Superchargers

I honestly would love to see air pumps more so than vacuums, but vacuums do make more sense in city charging areas than along travel routes.

Discuss: Tesla Adds FSD Streak Celebrations in FSD V14.3.4

Yeah, I took it out for a very quick drive this afternoon, and I'm not really noticing anything different from 2026.14.6.10. It must have just been some sort of bug or something that they needed to patch. It seems that they are also sending it out in quicker and larger waves than any of the...

Discuss: U.S. Lawmakers Target Tesla FSD, Urge NHTSA to Investigate

I mean, I’m all for getting more transparency around autonomous vehicles and their safety, but this feels more like it’s being done out of spite and for political points than actual fact checking.

Discuss: Tesla Adds FSD Streak Celebrations in FSD V14.3.4

I actually just got the update and installed it. It was a very small update since it only took about 20 minutes to install, so I guess it was a bug fix update. It still has FSD 14.3.4 but the software version is 2026.14.6.11.

Discuss: Over 100 Tesla Cybercabs Spotted Staging at Giga Texas

I wonder if the same upgrade path exists for regular consumer vehicles. I mean, it doesn't seem like it would be too difficult to pull off and I'm sure a lot of people wouldn't mind forking over some cash to make sure their cars stay relevant for a few extra years.

Discuss: Watch Tesla FSD Avoid Obstacles in Just 0.13 Seconds [VIDEO]

I watched the video as soon as he released it. It is super impressive what FSD can do and just how quickly it can react. However, the one thing I'm sure everyone, including myself, noticed is the extremely short context window. The portion where it finally hits the dummy and it falls right in...

FSD provisionally approved in Denmark 09-06-2026

That's fair, if I didn't drive as much as I do, I probably wouldn't be able to justify the price either. Just last month I did a little under 3,000 miles because of 2 trips and my daily commute.

Discuss: First Impressions of Tesla FSD V14.3.4: Improvements and Regressions

I don't know about them pausing or stopping the rollout. It seems that they did actually send out a slightly bigger wave after the initial early access testers got their hands on it.

Discuss: Tesla’s Robotaxi Expansion Plan into Arizona Detailed

I've been seeing a lot more Cybercabs recently in the Miami/Doral area, and I'm starting to wonder if they are also getting ready to expand to a bunch of places all at once. I would absolutely love to take a ride in one just to experience it, even though I'm sure it wouldn't be much different...
