I would definetly complain and have the battery replaced on warranty, because you clearly got wrong information on how to treat the battery. I don't know if it will be successful, but maybe you can achieve something when you can find out the name of the employee that told you the wrong information.

But you would have to walk along with your car, you can't summon it from 100 meters away here in Europe, this is due to regulations limiting this range. Or am i wrong on this? If its the same distance limitation as we have now, i cant even be 3 steps away from the car and it gets unsure and...

This is possible already, i always use it when planning trips where i need 100%. Just set the departure time to your desired time and it will automatically start charging to the set limit whenever it needs to to reach 100% on the set time.

I think this is intended. Whenever receiving a command, it wakes up regardless if the command was received via bluetooth or internet. It just executes the commands faster via bluetooth, while on Internet it first has to wake up to process the command i guess.
