Discuss: Will Tesla's Unsupervised FSD Require a Front Bumper Camera? [Opinion]

True, but by the time this is released in europe and is unsupervised, i maybe change my vehicle anyway, lets see :) If USS comes back, i would still have it equipped, maybe they will get activated again in the future. For Park Assists they are still active for now

Discuss: Will Tesla's Unsupervised FSD Require a Front Bumper Camera? [Opinion]

Well, i guess we will not know what is necessary for full Unsupervised FSD until its released - they promised many times before that this will be the final things you need for FSD but then they released Hardware Generation after Generation :D I will now wait until its fully released and then...

Discuss: Tesla Introducing Virtual Queues for Superchargers: Here’s How It Could Work

Interesting. In my time of Tesla Ownership, i never got to such a busy supercharger that i had to wait for getting a charge. But i can imagine that on very crowded places this can occur. Theres some questions that arise from this queue idea. What if a vehicle is so low on battery that it will...

Discuss: Tesla Intel Atom (MCU 2) and AMD Ryzen (MCU 3): Feature Differences and How to Tell What You Have

Seeing all the differences in features and performance listed in the article, makes me think those things are never going to be able to make it to the MCU2 ever - it just lacks the processing power. Maybe one or two things will still make it to MCU2 but anyways im still happy with my vehicle and...

Great News! This is not dependent on Hardware speed, so this comes to all of our vehicles. Tesla keeps improving our vehicles, big thumbs up!

    Precipitation map overlay

It is indeed confusing, but notateslaapp.com helps to keep track on whats happening for me. It is mentioned here that this is the first update that provides the precipitation map for Intel Vehicles: https://www.notateslaapp.com/de/software-updates/version/2024.45.32.2/versionshinweise Here is...

    Precipitation map overlay

Your car does not have the software version it needs for it. You likely have MCU2 as your infotainment computer, which means this feature is only availbale on Software Update 2024.45.32.2 for Intel Vehicles. The update should arrive to you soon, as i already got it a few weeks ago. If not, try...

    Enhanced autopilot/navigate on autopilot

It can auto switch lanes without reengaging AP, but it requires you to set a turn signal to the lane you want to switch to (at least here in EU). They should at least push some of the smoothness and legal capabilities to the EU if FSD does not get approved this year :/ At the moment, AP can be...

Discuss: Tesla's Earnings Call Recap - HW3 Upgrade, Unsupervised FSD, FSD V14 and More

As long as FSD isnt here anyways i dont mind keeping HW3 for another year or two, as it doesnt make a difference for EAP/Autopilot. You could be right with that, makes sense to first prove that unsupervised fsd is possible for AI4. The remaining question is if upgraded HW3 vehicles will ever be...

Discuss: Tesla's Earnings Call Recap - HW3 Upgrade, Unsupervised FSD, FSD V14 and More

So HW3 with purchased FSD will get a free Upgrade, great News! I hope this also applies to European Vehicles, first of course we have to get FSD generally. But if this also comes with also a free Upgrade on the FSD Hardware, there is nothing more we could wish for :D

    Enhanced autopilot/navigate on autopilot

It seems like you got the European Experience with EAP/Autopilot:D It is acting dangerously sometimes here, but you have to remember this is only a Steer assist rather than a smart system. It can hold the vehicle in its lane, but nothing else. Knowing that, i only use it on well marked, mostly...

Discuss: New Device adds Vehicle-to-Load Capabilities to Tesla Vehicles

I would really like to have a device like this. After some users get the first products, we will se if its unsafe or not or if Tesla cancels it with an update. I hope this works and Tesla allows it :D

Discuss: What will your next EV be?

I agree to the statement that the administration part and support for trump is the worse part. Man, i wish we could all drive our teslas without having a politics fanatics as the CEO of the company... As RNHurt said, we would be better off without him, Tesla can handle this. Lets hope for the best

Discuss: What will your next EV be?

After reading your post, i googled this (didnt see it because i am from Europe) and oh boy... I normally do not care or associate my car brand to politics... But this is totally getting out of hand right now

Discuss: What will your next EV be?

I will likely also never switch back to an ICE Vehicle. But i don't know If its gonna be a Tesla EV, depends on the situation when i will buy a new car. I want my current M3 to last for a while still. As you said, other competitors have cought up quite a lot, and if i would buy a car today i...

Discuss: 2024.33.40 Official Tesla Release Notes

I do not think so. I also opened Service Request when Summon got broken for me. I was aware that they would not be able to fix it, but theres no other way to let them know their update affected the user experience in bad ways. Maybe it gets to their attention when enough people raise their voice

Discuss: Tesla Reveals Features in This Year's Holiday Update

Hmm, i was hoping for this holiday update for intel vehicles to catch up some of the features we missed on the last holiday update 2023 like Full Screen Visualizations, New Park Assist etc, but theres only "miscellaneous" new stuff this year. Also, especially here in Europe, Autopark and Summon...
