We've made the difficult decision to permanently close our forums. While there were a lot of insightful conversations, managing the forums has become more time-consuming and expensive than we initially realized. Unfortunately, the issues are mostly due to managing spam and crawlers/bots hitting the forum so often. Our attempts at mitigating these issues have been time consuming and somewhat ineffective.
The good news is that we're adding a lot more community features to the site. We enjoyed what the forums brought in terms of user interaction, but it was never integrated well into the site as a whole. Our plan is to introduce more community driven features on the site and we hope we can add a comment section to articles in the future that will be more integrated than the forums have been.
You may have already seen some of the work we're doing with the ability to upload Tesla wraps, voting on polls and we're going to keep this going.

At this time we won't be approving any additional user accounts into the forums (which are separate from normal site users). The forums will remain in place until November 15, 2026, but they'll become inaccessible and data will be deleted after that date.
To keep the conversation going in the meantime, we encourage you to follow us at existing platforms like Facebook, Threads and others.
