For the love of Hod what do I have to do to get FSD Beta invite? My safety score is 97 and has been for over a month. I’ve been on the subscription for over 4 months. I’m running 2022.20.9 which should software.

2.3 is soooooo much better than 2.2 in my personal experience.
There are two turns near my home which are a bit tricky. 2.2 was jerky, came to full stops mid turn, seemed confused about how to take it. I'd be lying if I said 2.3 did them perfectly, but it's a huge huge upgrade.
