Damn hw4 vehicles get all the new tech, although I did see some new pop up notifications in hw3 cars.

The update still does not give the driver any control of speed on highways. In 'chill' on a 55mph road, speeds never exceed 57 mph. In 'standard' the speed shoots to 70. A ticket and points at that speed would be painful. We should be able to specify a fixed speed, as mph or %, as a maximum over any speed limit.
