Crazy times we are living in right now. Distracted Elon fighting with oil Trump will lead to China being on top of the electrification with BYD being the Worldwide top EV brand. At this point it seems unavoidable. I will still drive my Tesla till it dies, but if i ever change vehicle, it was never more likely for me to switch brands, to be honest.

Agreed! I can't believe that we have toddlers running the country. I love my MX but I can't see me ever purchasing another Tesla, at least not until there are some big change at the top.

I’m with you all. I really like my Tesla and hope the company will not only survive but thrive. Let’s hope Elon can overcome this period.

Most brilliant or gifted individuals, like most of us, struggle with things in life that others may see as easy or just make common sense.

So, I try not to judge his decisions in life, just hoping he doesn’t lose his drive to be creative and bring things to market that others tend to be afraid of doing.

It is hilariously childish what is unfolding between these two. In all honesty, at this point, I feel as though Elon is just doing more damage to the companies he owns than anything else.

I love my Tesla, and the value it has provided to me, but I can't bring myself to buy another one if this is kind of thing is still happening when it is time for me to swap cars.

I don't think any US or EU based carmakers are close to providing what Tesla is providing and at their prices. However, China is more than poised to take that place, and all they need is an opportunity to break into other markets. And this is exactly what that is accomplishing.

Buy a Chinese EV isn't necessarily my preference, but I am not biased, and I will always buy whatever provides the best value for me personally. And if that means buying a superior Chinese product, then so be it.

Rivian is still also very much on the table, as soon as they start releasing less expensive models.
