I would absolutely love this for my city. Currently, if you show up to a supercharger site that is already full, it's basically a free-for-all.

you know there are PLENTY of destination chargers, free chargers, other brand fast chargers right, lots of level 2 charge and home outlets right.

Some will try to form a sort of queue by either parking in front of the superchargers or just waiting for one to open up, but most people unfortunately are just rude or impatient and will steal a spot the second it becomes available. This becomes especially bad during the start of the week (Monday, Tuesday) when people are off to work and want a quick top-up in the morning.
