Thank you, NHTSA! A lot of the time when I'm being blinded by a Tesla that is coming toward me, it is usually always an older Tesla and almost always a Model Y specifically. I really do hope that people actually take this seriously and get their cars serviced to correct the issue, especially since it's free.

I don’t understand why a pixel reduction could not be done thru software bug fix update ?. Aim headlights could be lowered thru a software update.

Because the direction it is pointing isn't the only issue; it is also the overall brightness of the headlight itself, which cannot be adjusted via software.

U can with pixels and a dimmer control.........for future updates. This update recall could be in the $ billions.
