No idea what's coming or when but I'll say this- with no meaningful update in several months this next one has a lot of pressure to be a huge step forward.
I'm ready :) .

Here is to hoping that they can actually bring forward a huge FSD improvement. Although it is already very good, after having the same version for so long and driving thousands of miles on it, even the small inconsistencies and mistakes are very glaring. I've run into numerous issues with FSD wanting to turn left through traffic lights as soon as they turn green without a green turn signal, just assuming that the oncoming traffic would yield. It also has at times for random reasons decided to go to the complete opposite lanes of where an upcoming turn is. An example is where I was on my way to a fast food restaurant, the road I was on was a 6 lane road (3 in one direction and 3 in the other with a median). The restaurant was on the right-hand side of the road, and yet for some reason it decided to go to the most inside lane nearest the median, less than 0.1 miles (0.16 km) from the right turn. It ended up missing the restaurant entirely and had to make a U-turn and go back the other direction to then make a left turn into the restaurant.

I get similar behavior occasionally on freeway exits. It'll be a ¼ mile from the exit. Rather than merge right into a slower lane and wait for the exit, it tries to get speedy on the left and puts me at risk of not only missing my exit but pissing off other drivers. Since I'm on HW3, I've almost given up any hope of future significant improvements in FSD.

Seems to me that just about everything we are complaining about isn't hardware limited, but judgement (maybe that should be in quotes) and fixable via software. For me it's the stuff y'all already listed and also turn signals too early on city streets. So it looks like i'm signaling for a block earlier than I need. Left turns out of parking lots where there is no left allowed, rights on reds, those kinds of things. I suppose those could be hardware limited if there's not enough memory to contain the decision making.
Also- In standard mode it'll drive too fast or too slow, and stay in the left lane on a highway where we should be over to the right if we're not going 100 MPH.
