Am I the only one who thinks this is great news?

Doesn't this also mean that Elon just indirectly said that FSD Beta in EU is aimed at being ready in 6 months?

I dont think this is great news. Based on “Free Upgrade” offer i sold my Model 3 with full paid for FSD Beta and bought a Model y with Hardware 4. If this means I now get no FSD on my new car for over 6 months, I feel totally taken advantage of!! This is NOT the way to continue to build customer loyalty. Will remember this when choosing next car.

Yes, I think this is a pattern with Tesla - build the new thing that is technically better than the old thing but isn't quite caught up yet. It's very frustrating to have your car be different than everyone else's. However, they tend to catch up and overtake older designs eventually. Tesla is actually really good about making things better over time.

Huh, I guess this is over already? New headline on the HW4 FSDb says it's rolling out. Hope that pans out for you guys!
