Awww come on! Why can't the legacy MX / MS vehicles get these features? What's so special about the new platform that we can't track our tire wear as well!?

I love how Tesla constantly updates/adds features but it feels uneven at times. I mean, I have a luxury vehicle built 4 years ago not a 1985 Yugo!

Seems like it should be easy to implement for older cars, how much memory and processing power could those functions need?
Isn’t the FSDb portions disconnected now from the rest of the software or something? I seem to remember something like that being posted so updates would be easier and less dependent on the rest of the car’s software build.
