The *ONLY* way to get a response from Tesla is to post on Twitter (X). That's terrible customer service' almost as bad as Google's CS.

Short version, we're not getting a HW3 upgrade. It's not going to happen until FSD (unsupervised) is finalized and I don't see that happening in the next 5-10 years. By that time, our legacy vehicles will be all but forgotten.

Wow, I think this is a really bad look. Sales are slumping, the Sales VP is suddenly no longer with the company, and the CEO decides to step in and run the show. That doesn't seem like signs of a healthy company to me.

This and the "monthly extended service" agreement make it sound like Tesla is desperate for revenue of any kind. "We can't get people to purchase our product so let's get them to spend month on insurance"

Word on the street is that 2025.20.3 fixes this problem! Now I just have to wait for a FSD release and hope that the same fix gets in. Now I just have to wait until my car gets the release!⏳

Agreed! I can't believe that we have toddlers running the country. I love my MX but I can't see me ever purchasing another Tesla, at least not until there are some big change at the top.
