Anyone having issues in FSD mode warnings "Take control immediately " Hazards start to flash alarms come on. This just started happening after this last update. FSD 14.2.2.4
I have over 63% FSD usage and this happened 3 time driving to work today... under Alarm this is the code aps_w172

Well, not in a while and I can't say I saw that code. Best to do a search on that code, particularly in the Telsa Motors Club forum. Keep in mind that those codes CAN be misleading sometimes.
In the mean time you can always do the full reset by powering off your car when you park it at some point. Can't hurt.

I will do a shut down when I get to work. And try it on my way home.. thanks

Option B-wait a fix or Option C-service menu-delete last update then reinstall.

I did the shut down and drove to Hyannis about 20 miles and so far so good. Ill keep this thread updated.

For future reference, you can also go into the service menu and reset the DAS or reinstall the update. It is a bit more involved than just shutting the car down, but tends to work in a pinch if you can't wait for the car to actually fully shutdown.
