That’s interesting indeed.
Then again, I can’t say I notice a difference with ANC on, has anyone tried it and found it really works?

In the Model S test drive I did, I can with certainty say it definitely works. I'm pretty sensitive to the pressure sensation that ANC causes, and I immediately felt it when I tried it in the Model S. I can't say how effective it is, but the cabin on the Model S was significantly quieter than my Model 3. Even the normal road noise you hear was dampened a lot. I guess I just noticed it more since I'm so used to my Model 3 at this point.

Ya that and the premium materials a model S comes with for the huge price tag as opposed to say the cheapest model 3. One would think the sound quality would be quieter in the higher priced vehicle.
