I think it's due to the issues from the previous version still being present. That and the fact that Canada FSD recently posted a video showcasing some other issues like the car not reacting appropriately to a car that was losing control ahead of it.

We just did a trip down to phoenix to drop my car off for some PPF, 13.2.9 on the S was fantastic on the way down, and 14.1.4 on the new 3 was fantastic on the way back. Pulled into a SC for a potty break in New River and the car backed into a spot like a champ. Once back in our neighborhood it drove like a local instead of a timid first timer. We had one instance of stutter getting out of downtown Phoenix. It was really a great trip both ways but 14 was clearly better. Keeping it in chill most of the time with standard on slower streets. Just fantastic.

Whelp, 2025.38.8.7 (these numbers are starting to remind me of state statutes) is trickling again. The 2026 S just got it. We DO have piles of leafs here, in fact 13.2.9 parked offset from them at an end space recently. So we have leafs but we also have a pretty constant rain so I’m not likely to see blowing leafs at this point. I’ll try it out today but I think the YouTubers have shown this build is pretty good. I doubt I’ll see anything TOO notable.
14.1.4 was already super impressive with emergency vehicles, parking at lots and driving in general IMO.
