Just finished Chuck's new video on v14.1.3, and reading some comments (and also checking TeslaFi), it seems like this version actually went out to more people! Woo-hoo! It seems that some of us might actually get to try it before v14.2! I honestly don't know if we should be taking Elon's word anymore, lol. It may be only a few people, but it doesn't seem to be early access testers.

Can’t say that I’m seeing where .3 differs from .2 but who knows, could be something we just won’t see in videos. Chuck had a couple stabby braking but there may have been reasons for it (like the car in front of him reversing). Last night there was 45 installs and now 56 so it is going out to SOMEONE. I’ll take it too even with stabs.
Unrelated - I did get a map update yesterday, got me excited when I saw the down arrow. Just nav and not FSD
