If this is available for Europe too, it would be a welcome surprise! But i don't think so, as we are also not getting FSD Visualizations on driving in forwards gear. I think this is tied to wether you're in a region in which FSD is already deployed. I will wait for 2025.32.2 and see

Ok, while I love the fact that Tesla has provided updated functionality for my 2020 MX I don't really see any advantage to this particular change. I (almost) never look at the binnacle while I'm backing up; my focus is on the back-up camera and the mirrors. Hell, I didn't even know the driver display showed the surrounding area when backing up.

Am I missing something here? Does everyone else look at the driver display and ignore the huge, real-time camera display just to their right?

Is it an overhead view though? On my model S when in reverse it’s identical to going forward. I do look at the visualizations sometimes since people nearby show up before they may show on the backup camera.

I do mostly look at my mirrors and the cameras, but sometimes I do find the visualization a bit useful. Particularly with pedestrians, or objects that might not be in direct view of the viewable cameras.
