I love the addition of a lot of these features, but I wish they would focus more on a few quality-of-life updates for at least 1 update cycle. Here are a few I can think of off the top of my head:

- Memory seating and air vent position for front passenger
- Control rear vents from Tesla app
- More shortcut automations for iOS
- Reintroduce the feature to complete charging based on your departure time (Used to be called scheduled departure, I think)
- More video streaming services (i.e. Hulu, Prime Video, HBO Max, etc.)
- Add the ability to download higher-quality sentry or dashcam videos if connected to Wi-Fi
- Add the ability for the rear screen to suggest destinations to navigation

Those are just some of the ones I can think of, but there are a few other good ones that I have seen floating around. For example, someone (can't remember who) recently suggested a red light or stop sign chime, which is a fantastic idea.

Regardless, I think these are overall great additions.

Still no Grok for HW3 Vehicles?

Apart from that theres no real gains again on HW3, some cosmetical stuff, the best useful thing is seat control i guess, because currently you can just move it forward or backward

Oh, what kind of shortcuts are you looking to do?

I wanted to have an automation that can shut off my phone key (for security reasons) after I get a certain distance away from the vehicle or arrive at a certain location. The issue is that the only way to trigger this reliably through the Shortcuts app on iOS is using Bluetooth, and that doesn't work due to the way that Tesla turns off the Bluetooth connection as soon as you are out of the vehicle.

There are a few other things that you also can't create specific shortcuts for because Tesla doesn't expose certain vehicle states outside the Tesla app. For example, you can't create a shortcut to automate charging based on the car's current charge level.

I really like the "custom routes" feature. Every time I try to demo FSD to my Mother the route it takes to her home misses a right hand turn that saves 10 minutes of sitting in traffic. It's maddening and really takes away from the fact that FSD could really help her (if she bought a Tesla). Also, FSD insists on driving past a busy church (sports games, etc.) on my route home. With this update I can stop having to drive past a ton of cars parked on the street or past the apartment building that has a ton of traffic. 🎉

Along with custom routes, I wish they had a similar feature to Google Maps, where you can choose a more fuel-efficient route. I wouldn't mind if it wasn't always the fastest route if it meant I could save maybe 1% to 5% battery getting to my destination. Whether that be taking city streets instead of highways or taking a less direct route.
