red light warning

i know we have a green light chime, but i would love a red light warning chime. i accidentally ran a red light because my nephew is in a "scream bloody murder for no reason" phase . having an audible alert that triggers if the car detects you're approaching a red light without slowing down would be a massive safety lifesaver for those moments when you get completely distracted by screaming kiddos or anything else.

Ditto for stop signs, something like the 3 quick beeps it makes before you get hit would be nice.
How about charging $1 to auto park if you don’t have FSD? That’s a bargain!

Well that was the logic behind apple car play-Waze traffic monitoring. There’s a free crappy Tesla version made by an actual Tesla car owner but it’s not very well constructed.

I thought the apple/tesla version would be ready by now but it’s not ready for deployment. I’m thinking it might be released with Xmas update 2026.

Now will it be good as Waze, who knows, but it should fill the void of running red lights, stop signs, etc

Side note: why on earn do teslas let alone any new cars, allow your car to run a red light/stop sign. There should be a warning, then auto braking for FREE (subscription free). Should be standard in all cars.

No, this whole everything comes with a subscription mentality is starting to get like tipping.
