Download stuck

44.2 download got stuck so I had to reset the car to get it off the screen but not on the phone app. I’m getting the circle of death on the phone app for the past week. I made multiple service request but not appear to be going through.

Try restarting your phone or uninstall / reinstall the app. That's all I got . Tesla Motors Club forums prolly have some posts on this too, when it has happened to me it either cleared up on its own or the restarting my phone did it. I don't remember, and it could have been coincidental to whatever I tried. Good luck!

I tried everything but no luck! I hope this doesn’t keep me from getting the holiday update!
