Hmmm interesting you neglected to mention 2 way translation when you have people who don’t speak English, story telling for kids using their names, play trivia, tell dad jokes, do complex calculations, etc.
Grok can tell u the weather, current time/temperature, date, address u by name, announce current trends in a variety of voice personalities.
Wake word is cool but Grok needs an intro each time u enter/exit the vehicle: “good morning MJ, it’s Monday the 25th, current time is 8:47 am and a brisk 34 degrees out, forecast calls for a 60% chance of rainfall, I’m assuming u heading to work ?. Have a wonderful day MJ, don’t leave anything behind”.
I think we’re at a point where you can deliver sooo much more than a wake word and for grok to answer are questions.
You boast grok is becoming more human-like, yet it just sits there totally silent until u wake it up. Humans greet u the moment u walk by them.
Staying totally silent means somethings wrong or gives off a vibe of unfriendly.
Interactive does not mean grok cannot initiate conversation, ask how yr doing, remind u of a meeting, appointment, announce yr shopping list, tell u who’s birthday it is, etc.
It’s great it has a variety of voices but there’s so much more it is capable of, personality wise. Heck, Siri been doing that for decade.
