The usual YouTube videos are up, and so far from initial impressions, a lot of them are saying it feels almost the same, and the most noticeable thing seems to be improvements in noticing things like "do not enter" signs (and other signs) as well as road markings.

I expected that this first version wouldn't be that big of a difference, and I suspect this will likely be the story moving forward. It will become increasingly difficult to tell differences between versions because they have had the basics down since the release of 14.2, and newer versions are more targeted at refinement and improvements in scenarios or areas that you rarely encounter.

A notable regression seems to be that the hesitation and braking issue has returned to an extent. Some of the videos showed that it is once again slightly overreacting to small things like leaves blowing onto the road, but the braking isn't as harsh as previous versions. I've also noted that it seems a bit more hesitant at making turns if it sees vehicles coming at intersections, but it isn't the lane hesitation that we had in previous versions of v14.

And u won’t see anything note worthy til FSD 15-which will require AI5 or HW5. All hw4 owners will get is a few more .4 .5 . 6 and hw3 meh nothing as usual.

2026 is all about robocabs and speculations. The idea of sitting in back seat for HW4 is another year away. So enjoy all the . (Dot) bug fixes and slight enhancements.
