Well, it looks like I'll be pausing my non-existent purchase of a new MX. One more reason to keep my money in my bank account instead of in Tesla's pocket.

In a couple of years though, after I get my 2020 MX paid off, I'll be bellying up to the bar to get me some new MX goodness!

Lights and a bumper camera aren’t a huge leap forward, but rest assured you currently drive the longest EPA range X, right?

Actually, I was just reading something that said the wiring and capabilities for a front bumper camera and ambient lights is built into every MX made after June 2021. So, even a not quite so new MX should be able to be retrofitted with those things ... as long as you can pay for it.
