Not too surprising. I had a feeling it would be too good to be true. At least for the Cybertruck and Model X. I wonder why they never decided to just have physical contacts under the car that can connect physically to some connectors underneath the vehicles. Similar to how some trains have overhead systems to provide power, but in this case it would be underneath the car. It doesn't even have to be that complex on the vehicle side. They could just make a system that rises up from the ground (probably with pneumatics like air or hydraulics) that simply connects to some hard points.
