This is pretty cool. I like it when auto makers add new things to existing vehicles. Even better is when they make it easy to add your own stuff. For example, Ford is now providing STL files for some of their vehicles. This makes it easier to 3D print things like cup holders and phone mounts.

whoa, that's pretty cool. Do you have an article or link to the Ford stuff? We can see if we can get Tesla's attention to try to do something similar.

Interestingly, it looks like Ford removed them from their site. They used to be there but when you search for them it takes you to the base Ford support site. :confused:

No worries, the 3D printing community grabbed them; just search any 3D site for FITS components. :)
