Bigger font size and more contrast would be much better.

Need more easily read screen fonts for those with less than perfect eyesight. Current font sizes and lack of font bolding make it very difficult to read screen text rapidly at a glance. Too much time trying to read screen text and less time watching the road is a definite safety issue.
