Thanks. I have Intel. I’m tired of trying to figure out their ridiculous release plan and naming conventions.

What am I missing? My 2022 M3 LR is running v12 (2024.44.25.2 288ce84bb43e) and FSD 12.5.4.2. I do not have this option in the map overlays. Unless I’m misunderstanding what I’m reading about features and premium connectivity, I thought I would have this. Thanks.

With tech, upgrades are inevitable. Otherwise, you're left behind. However, it's also a bit of a scam. For a phone, if you're not a power user, an old OS has limitations but doesn't necessarily render the phone useless. A car is different. Every driver is a car power user. With a Tesla, clearly...

Yep. Same here. I haven't done much driving in the last two months with the holidays and the January polar vortex 🥶 But with several of the most routine turns in low-traffic areas, my M3 has an epileptic seizure on 12.5.2. There is one point in my neighborhood (not at a crosswalk) where it will...

I don't pay attention to names, but that head of whatever said about 2 weeks. And that was maybe 4 weeks ago!?! TeslaFi is showing single digits across all models.

It's stupid, for sure. Lately I feel like I'm being stared at because of my car. It never crossed my mind 3 years ago.

No doubt a 💩 show ahead. Selfishly, I don’t want my car vandalized bc of Asperger Elon. Another clip had him either tripping balls on Ketamine or stimming. Dude is beyond weird.

Yeah, I suspect he isn't in the deep end of daily Tesla stuff (though he acts like he is), but he is still the only someone people associate with the brand.

I won't post the photo, but he gave the post-inauguration rally crowd at the Capitol Center Arena not one but two gestures that were identical to a popular German N/a/z/i salute. Media says he was "giving his heart to the crowd" or it was some "Roman salute". Who knows what is real anymore but...

Not a Telsa after Musk's performance at the inauguration today. Come on man, no one cares? I'm considering dumping it asap.

And 4 days later, still no M3s, according to TeslaFi.

Does anyone know if this paused or is still on the rollout?

I'll admit, when I bought mine (2022 M3 LR) in Nov 2021, I gave no thought to hardware, though I wish I had. If I had considered my car becoming obsolete in two years (like a phone), I'm not sure I'd have purchased it. Now that it's 3 years on, I feel like I'm driving a relic. But I'm not about...

On my 2022 M3LR, I received 2024.44.25.2 (FSD v12.5.4.2, which I've had) this morning. What is the over/under on HW3 cars receiving v13.X (or whatever the holiday update becomes)? Now, three years in with my car, I'm less in love with it than I used to be. If us HW3 folks are getting closer to...

Has there been confirmed information on whether HW3 vehicles will receive the holiday update yet? Each major release announcement gets more ambiguous.

I'm currently using a matte finish protector. I've gone with and without, and all the things @WolffTech noted also ring true for me. I also have a love/hate relationship with screen protectors on my phone and iPad. I sometimes miss the crispness of a naked screen, but the tradeoff (specifically...

I'm not on X, the dumpster fire that it is. If you're on there making suggestions, suggest Elon also STFU (politically) so that our cars don't become targets for vandalism. His neurodivergence is on full display.

I know. It's driving along doing weird speed decisions, and I'm nudging it when needed. Around me, on Columbus freeways, it's like the Autobahn.

just got 12.5.4.2 last night and have yet to drive today. 4.1 was a regression for me as it's been for others. M3LR with HW3 stutter-turns much more than previously. it would be great if you had the option to roll back one release on your own if you want to wait for a future release. i know i...

Agree. They sell static cling window decals on Amazon that say I bought this before Elon went crazy. Some people may like him crazy, so it might not work how I think it should. LOL
