I do not think so. I also opened Service Request when Summon got broken for me. I was aware that they would not be able to fix it, but theres no other way to let them know their update affected the user experience in bad ways. Maybe it gets to their attention when enough people raise their voice

Hmm, i was hoping for this holiday update for intel vehicles to catch up some of the features we missed on the last holiday update 2023 like Full Screen Visualizations, New Park Assist etc, but theres only "miscellaneous" new stuff this year. Also, especially here in Europe, Autopark and Summon...

I would definetly complain and have the battery replaced on warranty, because you clearly got wrong information on how to treat the battery. I don't know if it will be successful, but maybe you can achieve something when you can find out the name of the employee that told you the wrong information.

Unfortunately we have to wait until the EU approves being more distant to the vehicle when using summon. But you would have to walk along with your car, you can't summon it from 100 meters away here in Europe, this is due to regulations limiting this range. Or am i wrong on this? If its the same distance limitation as we have now, i cant even be 3 steps away from the car and it gets unsure and...
