so I cut n pasted what you wrote and I'll explain YOUR ERROR.
YOU-"The way you interact with others is that part that I, and I'm sure others, don't like".
ME " I am not clairvoyant and don’t profess to know what each individual thoughts are"
THE ERROR-you seem to know what others think, U stated you are sure what others think, U are a spokesperson for others which I never knew otherwise that statement is incorrect........yet another error.
MY thoughts-I refrain from speaking on others behalf, I refrain from telling individuals what I dont like about them, I am not a child in grade school. As for being abrasive and hostile-my response is OPIONIONS VARY !.
You’re taking an ordinary figure of speech absurdly literally in order to manufacture an “error” that isn’t there. When someone says “I’m sure others feel the same way,” they are expressing a reasonable inference that they probably aren’t the only person with that reaction. It does not mean they are clairvoyant, have polled every member of the forum, or have appointed themselves anyone’s “spokesperson.” I would have thought that distinction was obvious.
And once again, you’re changing the subject. I never criticized you for having a different opinion. “Opinions vary” is therefore irrelevant. I criticized the way you interact with people—the sarcasm, the condescension, and the unnecessary hostility. Your original response to me wasn’t “I disagree with your opinion”; it was a sarcastic complaint that I had supposedly ignored your post simply because I added my own thoughts to the same discussion.
You also say you “refrain from telling individuals what you don’t like about them,” as though that somehow disproves anything I said. You don’t have to explicitly announce “here is what I dislike about you” to behave abrasively toward someone. Your last several responses are examples of exactly what I was referring to.
So no, the issue was never that you think for yourself, that your opinions differ, or that you aren’t “compliant.” Those are arguments you created yourself. The issue is that you seem to turn an ordinary forum discussion into a confrontation when somebody replies in a way you don’t like. That was my point before, and your response here hasn’t changed it.
