I really wish they would have put these kinds of side vents for rear passengers in all their models. One of my kids uses a car seat, and the air vents are so low in my Model 3 that I have to basically point the vents at the roof of the car to get it to hit them in the seat. This also often means I have to have the air blowing pretty hard just to make sure they don't get hot, which makes the car use more energy because of the fan speed. These side vents would have easily solved that issue, but I guess it was too much of an ask up till now. Heck, even roof vents would have been better than just the low-mounted ones.
