That is somewhat unfortunate news for our EU friends. While I agree with their sentiment on the delay of the FSD rollout to HW3 owners, it seems that it came back to bite them, because now it will likely be delayed further due to the litigation process. Hopefully it will work out and HW3 owners around the world can gain access to FSD v14, because it truly is game-changing.

That was to be expected i guess. As soon as people found out Tesla only applied for the exemption with AI4 Vehicles, we knew that we HW3 owners were on a long wait again. Recently i joined the mentioned class-action lawsuit preparation to make my claims, lets see what this will do But i really hope my car someday can unlock its full potential instead of having to claim a refund or something
