The article is not really giving new information on the international regard of v14 lite - it was already known that Tesla tries to release it in EU, but this does not tell if regulatory work will be the same scope and therefore will take another 1.5 years or not. But as always - patience is still needed!

I imagine that it does actually need to go through some sort of approval, but it definitely shouldn't take another 1.5 years if it is truly based on the same V14 stack as HW4. I'd say international users could potentially see it in their HW3 cars before the end of 2026 at the latest, maybe even sometime in fall or late summer if I had to guess.
