    FSD 13.3 or 13.4

I'll speculate. It's been since September since newer features of V13 were last updated in the release notes. The fact that we not only haven't seen these updates (3x this and that), we haven't even heard a whisper about them. I think we have a combination of issues. First, the team has...

Discuss: Tesla’s Cabin Radar: How to Tell If You Have It and What It Does

I looked at the Seats menu in Service mode, and sure enough, cabin radar was active for the front seats, and ordinary seat sensors used for the rear. 2023 MYP.

Discuss: Tesla’s Cabin Radar: How to Tell If You Have It and What It Does

I'm wondering if this will eventually help a bit when I'm carrying my dogs in the back seat. One of the dogs is heavy enough to constantly set off the seat belt warning as she moves from one side of the seat to the other. Will cabin radar see a dog and realize that seat belt warnings are a...

Discuss: Breaking Down Tesla’s Autopilot vs. Wall “Wile E. Coyote” Video

For all the flaws in testing, I'd like to point out something to the 'lidar can drive in this' guys: Who wants to be on the road in a lidar car if the human drivers around them cannot even see in the same conditions? You know those humans are driving anyway, some of them. Sun glare, for...

    Interesting bump to 2025.2.9

I tried my usual FSD test run to Subway last night after getting ...2.9, and I had an interesting time. First, my phone key wouldn't work. Said no key in the car, use my card instead. My wife was in as primary driver, and my driver info was grayed out. I could do some things (open trunk)...

Discuss: Tesla FSD v12.6.3 / FSD v13.2.7 (Update 2024.45.32.15) Release Notes

Definitely a nav/FSD problem, meaning how FSD interacts with the nav, not just if one or the other is wrong. I've had some weird nav issues right after I updated FSD (and went out on a test run) that I haven't seen since. I wonder if the nav mapping needs to update again once the FSD version...

Discuss: Tesla FSD v12.6.3 / FSD v13.2.7 (Update 2024.45.32.15) Release Notes

Yay! Got an update today, to 13.2.7. I'd been stuck on 13.2.2 for a long time. Didn't have much chance today to test, but I did notice that it is clearly better at coming in my gated community. As the gates opened before, it was very hesitant to proceed with any motion of the gates, to the...

Discuss: Tesla Confirms Update Issue for FSD V13.2.2; Fix Coming

That explains why my MYP has been on 13.2.2 for so long. A good one to be stuck on.

    FSD 13.3 or 13.4

Seems like there was a lot of pressure to get v13 features out with the holiday update, and now that 12.6.1 is out for HW3, Tesla isn't telling us what's coming next or when. Perhaps the FSD team got a week off. It could be that the next 'big' release will be getting the Cybertruck up to true...

Discuss: What will your next EV be?

I have a 2023 MYP, and I love it, though I wish it were quieter. The only other car that interests me now is the new M3P, which I think is a better/more fun driving car.

    FSD 13.2 videos

What are you looking for? Myself, I'm looking for a completely new parking lot experience, and the effective Park Assist integrated in somehow. Banish sounds interesting. On the road, I want better nav most of all, better planning right behind that, and adherence to No Turn On Red signs.

Discuss: All Tesla Vehicles to Receive Grok Smart Voice Assistant According to Musk

ooh - If Tesla did this one, it would instantly be the most popular command ever: "Drive the speed limit"

Discuss: All Tesla Vehicles to Receive Grok Smart Voice Assistant According to Musk

It would be nice if 'Drive a little slower/faster' would slightly adjust FSD speeds, in between profile settings for fine-tuning on a drive.

    Software update wishlist

Indeed. I found a great feature called Autopilot Penalty Prevention. Turns off FSD (or Autopilot) when you exceed 85mph, and re-engages it as soon as your speed drops. Otherwise you have to park to re-engage FSD.
