I wonder why they release 11.3.6 on 23.12.10 and release 11.4.2 9 on a 23.7.x only a few days later. Hopefully they release the 11.4.x in a later 2023.10 code

I'm currently on 2023.6.9 and my vehicle is currently offered 2023.12.5 which I have not installed so far. What are the chances of me getting 2023.7.5 with fsd beta 11.4.1 if I were to subscribe to full self drive plan?
